The resident trainer at Northspring is Jeralyn Skinner.
Jeralyn has extensive industry experience in the Hunter/Jumper discipline. She started with the Almaguin Pony Club, and showed her first horse Joe locally. After obtaining her coaching Level 1 with the then CEF now EC, Jeralyn worked for in a variety of positions, from groom/mucker to trainer/rider for successful A Show stables, including Cornerstone, Gimcrack and Willow Ridge.
Jeralyn purchased her own facility in 1998. From this facility Jeralyn helped many horses and riders succeed; from the schooling level to the 'A' circuit.  A strong history of producing winning hunters (show and field) and jumpers is invaluable to riders looking to be competitive.  Jeralyn also has a particular knack for finding horses and creating wonderful partnerships between riders and their mounts.Jeralyn coaches and trains in the classical North American style. Her experience in riding all types of horses in varying disciplines(including, dressage, eventing, fox hunting, jumpers, hunters and line horses) gives her a broad base of knowledge to call upon when helping her clients.
Jeralyn took a hiatus from riding and competition to welcome her daughter Ella in June of 2011, she is looking forward to competing in this upcoming season.
